Ingredients

  • I pound sausage
  • l 1/4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Fry sausage until it crumbles. Drain. Beat eggs with mustard, salt and pepper.
Add milk and set aside. Mix sausage, bread crumbs and cheese. Place half in a
shallow casserole and pour half of the milk-egg mixture over it. Repeat with the
remainder. Place in refrigerator overnight. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
