Preparation

Step 1

Grate cheese and mix well with sausage. Add bisquick and water. Blend with fingers while making sure all of the bisquick mixes in with the sausage and cheese. Roll into bite size balls (the expand a little when baked) and put on a cookie sheet (I put either "release" foil or parchment paper on the cookie sheet first). Freeze. Place frozen balls into a ziplock bag. If you use a seal-a-matic, they freeze well for 6 months.

When ready to serve, place on "release" foil lined cookie sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, turning once. (They should be nice and brown)
