Ingredients
- 4 organic peaches
- 6 oz. organic raspberries
- 1 tbsp pure local honey (sub raw honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1/3 cup ground walnuts
- 3 tbsp almond meal (ground raw almonds)
- 1 tbsp pure local honey (sub raw honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, Pinch salt

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Peel and slice peaches
In a bowl combine sliced peaches, raspberries, cinnamon, flax, and honey; mix well
Line a glass baking dish with peach and raspberry mixture
Place walnuts in a nut grinder and grind fine (will be 1/3 cup after ground)
In a bowl combine walnuts, almond meal, cinnamon vanilla, salt, and honey. Mix with a fork until crumbly
Pour crumble mixture evenly over fruit
Bake until top is golden brown and fruit is hot and bubbly, 40-50 minutes
