Ingredients
- 7 1/2 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 C Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Cayenne pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Put in buttered baking dish and bake at 350 °F until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve cold or hot. Serve with crackers.
