Chicken Alfredo Bacon & Avocado Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 large pizza crust (homemade or store bought)
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 3 strips of bacon, cooked til crispy and crumbled
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder + salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2/3 c heavy cream
- 2/3 cup whole milk or half & half
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Season chicken with ½ teaspoon garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Spray a nonstick skillet or pan with cooking spray. Cook chicken over medium high heat 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Chop into bite size pieces.
In a medium sauce pan melt butter with garlic and sauté over medium heat about 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant. Add flour and stir until mixture comes together in a clump. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and milk until smooth. Add ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese and stir until creamy and thick.
Spread sauce onto pizza crust. Top with mozzarella and remaining ½ cup parmesan cheese. Add chicken, avocado slices, and bacon. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes cheese is melty.
