Ingredients
- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 oz. can small shrimp
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- CURRY VINAIGRETTE
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt

Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
CURRY VINAIGRETTE
Combine all 6 ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well. Makes about 7/8 cup dressing. drizzle over salad. Stir gently.
