Crab & Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • Saute in 3 T oleo:
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • Grate: 1 pound velveeta cheese
  • Cook:
  • 1 lb. froz. shrimp
  • 2 cup minute rice
  • 7 1/2 oz can crabmeat
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together (makes larger than 9x13 pan)

Refrigerate overnight. Cover heavily with buttered bread crumbs.

Preheat oven to 350 - Bake for 40 min.
