Ingredients
- Saute in 3 T oleo:
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- Grate: 1 pound velveeta cheese
- Cook:
- 1 lb. froz. shrimp
- 2 cup minute rice
- 7 1/2 oz can crabmeat
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together (makes larger than 9x13 pan)
Refrigerate overnight. Cover heavily with buttered bread crumbs.
Preheat oven to 350 - Bake for 40 min.
