Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp xantham gum
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 package dry yeast (quick rise)
- 2 tbsp molasses/ agave syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- sesame seeds (if desired for garnish)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. lightly grease bottoms of large muffin tins.
Combine in a bowl sugar, warm water and yeast.
Combine all other dry ingredients in another bowl except sesame seeds
Add remainder of ingredients to yeast mixture and mix well.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together. Should be like cake batter.
Pour batter into muffin tins. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Let rise for 20 minutes
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove and let cool.
Freeze any unused buns. These defrost well and my kids love them!
