- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon sage
- 9 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic roasted
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- Paprika
- 3 French baguette, halved lengthwise
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons grated
- Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Step 1
Roast garlic
Preheat oven to broil.
In a medium bowl combine butter, mayonnaise, sage, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper, paprika . Spread mixture evenly on bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place bread under broil for 5 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
