  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sherry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • confectioners sugar

Step 1

Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs, oil, sherry and nutmeg in mixing bowl. Beat about 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into a greased 10-inch tube pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched with finger. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then turn out onto a rack. When cool completely cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
