Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers (76 crackers) broken in half
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate morsels
  • 3/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Place crackers in lightly greased foil-lined jelly roll pan.
Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil. Cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes. Turn oven off. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Let stand in oven till chocolate melts. Spread. Top with pecans and white chocolate. Cool and break.
