Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. coarse Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 lb. (1.8 kg) pork baby back ribs
- 1 cup Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F.
MIX first 6 ingredients; rub onto both sides of ribs. Place in 13×9-inch foil-lined pan. Bake 1 hour.
HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat; cover grates with additional foil. Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue.
GRILL 20 min. or until tender, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
