Ingredients
- 2 c diced chix
- 2 c chopped celery
- 3 T minced onion
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 c pecans or almonds
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup - undiluted
- crushed potato chips on top

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together everything except the soup and potato chips until just combined. Transfer to large casserole dish.
Pour the soup over the mixture and sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
