Mellow Yellow

Ingredients

• 3 ounces rum
• 1 ounce orange liqueur
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 cups crushed ice
• 6 1-inch cubes of ripe cantaloupe
• Lemon slice or rind for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except garnish in a blender and combine until smooth. Pour into small hurricane glasses and garnish with lemon slice or rind.
