- 1/2 (teaspoon) seasoned salt
- 1/2 (teaspoon) pepper
- 1 (1.0 ounce envelope) onion soup mix
- 1 (large) onion, thinly sliced

Step 1
Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt and pepper and sear. Put roast in crock-pot and soup mix. Top with sliced onion. DO NOT ADD WATER. Cover pot and simmer on low for 7 to 9 hours.
