Ingredients
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon extract
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 1\2 cups white sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preparation
Step 1
Ok, I know this sounds strange! DO NOT preheat oven. Grease your Bundt pan. Mix together your all-purpose and self-raising flour in the same bowl.
Place margarine, shortening and sugar in another bowl and beat until fluffy! Beat in the eggs, flour and milk until mixture is unified. Stir in the lemon extract and vanilla last.
Pour batter into Bundt pan.
Put the pan in a cool over and set the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake for 1 hour. Serve your delicious Pound Cake!
