Ingredients
- 4 HEB fieta jalapeno salmon burgers
- 1 can (12 oz.) pineapple chunks in their own juice, drained
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup Texas on the plate chipotle chile ketchup
- Hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon burgers on a foil lined baking sheet, and roast 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, saute pineapple, peppers and Chipotle Chile Ketchup 5 minutes in a small saute pan.
3. Place mixture on topf salmon burgeers and serve on toasted hamburger buns.
