  • 8 oz. frozen mixed spring vegetable medley
  • 4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Step 1

Place chicken breasts and vegetable medley in two separate bowls. Toss each with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend. Lay chicken on a 9 x 9 inch roasting pan. Place vegetables in an ovenproof casserole dish. Place both in 375°F preheated oven and cook 30-45 minutes, turning each after 10 minutes. Plate to four plates, spooning vegetables over chicken breasts.
