Great Grandma Schwartz Coffee Cakes

Ingredients

• 1/2-3/4 cubed butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 T butter
• 5 T sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 & 1/2

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out dough place pie filling over dough then melt about 1/2-3/4 cubed butter in with 2 eggs (per pan). Mix 2 T butter, 3 T sugar, 1 cup flour and add enough half & half till runny. (Don't cook just mix) Then add enough flour to make glaze with remaining butter in pan mix flour & 2 T sugar until crumby, spread onto coffee cakes, over filling. Then bake.
