small cans mushrooms (drain some liquid)
egg yolks, beaten
tbsp chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Hammer chicken breasts on both sides. Cover with flour and hammer both sides again. Fry breasts in large pan on high heat 5-7 minutes on just one side. Continue to brown on other side, removing to platter when done and keeping warm. In pan with chicken drippings, add the mushrooms and saute. Mix the beaten egg yolks with the chicken broth, then add to the pan with the mushrooms. Slowly it will thicken. Spoon sauce over chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
