Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Season with preferred seasonings. Place on wire rimmed baking sheet and par bake per the following:

Rare/Medium Rare 90 to 95 degrees
Medium 100 to 105 degrees

Remove from oven and immediately place on grill and just make them look pretty.
