Ingredients
- 2 HEADS GARLIC
- 2 TEASPOONS PLUS 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
- 1 8 OUNCE LOW FAT CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1/3 CUP CHOPPED, ROASTED RED PEPPER
- 1/3 CUP PARSLEY LEAVES
- 1/4 CUP REDUCED FAT SOUR CREAM
- 2 TABLESPOONS FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 2 TEASPOONS HOT SAUCE

Step 1
HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. SLICE TOP OFF OF GARLIC AND DRIZZLE WITH 2 TEASPOONS OF OLIVE OIL. ROAST IN OVEN ABOUT 1 HOUR. (I HAVE A GARLIC ROASTER) LET COOL.
SQUEEZE GARLIC CLOVES FROM THE BOTTOM OF EACH HEAD INTO A SMALL BOWL, THEN PUT IN A FOOD PROCESSOR. ADD REMAINING OIL AND OTHER INGREDIENTS. PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. CHILL AND SERVE WITH CHIPS OR CUT-UP VEGGIES.
