- 1/2 large ripe avocado
- 1 can (7.5 ounce)Tuna
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 c mayo
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- lettuce leaves
- sliced tomato

Instructions
Place the avocado in a medium-size mixing bowl, and mash with a fork. Add the tuna (breaking up any large chunks), mayo and green onion. Mix together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper if desired (I didn’t think it needed extra seasoning).
Spoon tuna salad onto bread, topping with lettuce and tomato, and finishing with bread, making 2 sandwiches.
