Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Cream:
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Sift:
• 2 C flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Add to cream mixture with 1 C sour cream.
• Pour 1/2 of the batter in a bundt pan and sprinkle 1/2 of the following:
• 1/3 C brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Add remaining batter and top with remaining sugar mixture. Knife it through the batter to incorporate.

Bake at 325 °F for 33 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
