Ingredients
- 100 snow peas (~1 1/4#)
- 1 # cream cheese
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp catsup
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

Step 1
Put peas in bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand 1 minute. Drain and plunge in ice water. Drain and dry on towel. Trim 1/4" from stem end.
Combine filling and place in pastry bag with plain tube (filling should be at room temperature). Stuff peas.
Can be made day before serving.
