  • 4 oz Brie Cheese
  • 4 Flour tortillas(6 inch/15 cm)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped toasted walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

For easier slicing, place brie in freezer for 30 minutes. Thinly brie and cut into julienne strips. Sprinkle cheese over half of each tortilla. Top with nuts and parsley. Fold tortillas in half. Cook tortillas on a lightly buttered griddle or in a frypan for 1-2 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve immediately.
