Ingredients
- 2 skinless,boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- Mixture of cheddar and Monterey cheese( about 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp.pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breasts and next 4 ingredients in a ziploc bag.Seal bag carefully squeezing out excess air.Massage bag to distribute the marinade.
Mix the cheese, panko crumbs, salt and pepper. Seal in a ziploc bag.Place sealed bag of chicken and sealed bag of cheese mixture in a large freezer bag. Label and freeze.
Pre-heat oven to 375*
Thaw completely.Dip chicken breast in the panko cheese mixture pressing lightly to help coat.Bake for approx. 25 to 30 minutes until cooked thoroughly and cheese is nicely brown.
