Ingredients
- 2 tea. oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 2 cans (28 oz each) vegetarian baked beans
- 1 can (16 oz) butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 tea. worcestershire sauce

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat oil and cook onion and pepper until tender. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours or until heated through.
