Ingredients
- 1 loaf Rich's frozen bread (or homemade bread)
- 6 or 8 potatoes
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 onion
- 1/2 stick of margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Potato and cheese filling
Boil 6 or 8 potatoes, 1 stalk of celery, and 1 onion.
When potatoes are done, drain and mash, adding 1/2 stick of margarine, 1 egg, and
1/4 lb sharp cheese.
Bread
Follow directions on bag of Rich's frozen bread or use homemade bread. Roll out on
lightly floured table.
After dough is rolled out, put filling on half of bread and fold over other half.
Pinch edges.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake in 350 degree oven until dough is golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
