  • 2 lb bag frozen Oreida hash brown potatoes
  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Spread hash browns evenly over bottom and let thaw a bit.
Mix other ingredients together in bowl and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 1 hour.
