  • 2 Cups Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Cups Brown ground bean sauce
  • 4 T. Salt
  • 4 T. Soy sauce
  • 4 C. Catsup
  • 2 oz. Garlic
  • 2 oz. Ginger

Crush garlic & ginger, simmer in portion of wine
mix other ingredients well, then add wind strained from simmering Spices
