  • 1 pkg lemon flake cake mix
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 1 C water
  • 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Combine into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes but check after 35 minutes.
