Ingredients

• 2 tsp. oil
• 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
• 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
• 2 cups frozen Asian-style stir-fry vegetables
• 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high.

Add chicken; cook 6 min., turning after 3 min.

Stir in next 4 ingredients; cover. Cook 7 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.

Serve over rice.
