  • STREUSEL:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker super moist yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts, optional
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • GLAZE:
  • Powdered sugar
  • Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan or 2 square pans. Mix Streusel together; set aside. Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour 1/2 batter into greased pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of streusel mix over bottom layer. Then pour remaining batter in pan. Sprinkle remainder of streusel over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
