Ingredients

dates 1 1/2c
almonds 1/3c
cashews 1/3c
coconut 1/3c
graham crackers or graham crumbs
coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

mix graham crumbs and coconut oil until they stick together to form a bottom layer in a glass baking dish

vitamix dates until they form a ball
vitamix nuts & coconut until fine but not a flour
then combine nuts and dates
smash evenly over graham crust
refrigerate
