Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sligntly mashed
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prebeat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans; and blend until moistened.
4. Pour batter in a well-greased loaf pan and bank for 60 to 70 minutes.
