Ingredients
- 4 (1-ounce) bars Hershey’s Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 10 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsifted flour
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350degrees. Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup margarine.
In bowl, combine chocolate mixture with sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla and flour. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 12 minutes.
In mixer bowl, beat cheese, 2 tablespoons margarine and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually
beat in sweetened condensed milk then remaining ingredients. Pour over brownie layer.
Bake 30 minutes or until set. Top with Glaze. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
For Glaze:
Melt 1 cup (6 ounces) Hershey’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips with 1/2 cup
Whipping cream, unwhipped. Cook and stir until thickened.
