Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 lb (450 g) lightly salted almonds
- 1 lb (450 g) semi-sweet chocolate

Step 1
Place the brown sugar, honey, margarine, and salt in a medium saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil. Let mixture boil exactly 5 minutes without stirring. Add the vanilla and baking soda. Mix well and add in the almonds.
Drop mixture by tablespoon on heavy duty foil. Freeze until firm.
Melt chocolate over a double boiler or microwave. Dip clusters into the chocolate and refrigerate.
