Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 whole eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 2 1/2 cup flour
• 4 tblsp coco
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cup shredded zucchini
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and spread in 9x12 & sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 40-45 mins.
