  • 3 cup water - luke warm 160 degrees
  • 4 tblsp sugar
  • flour
  • 2 pkg yeast
  • 1 tblsp salt
  • 1/4 cup crisco oil

Step 1

Let rise 1 cup water, 2 tblsp sugar, flour and yeast, add enough flour to make a pancake batter let rise until double in bulk. Let rise 2 cup water, 1 tblsp salt, 2 tblsp sugar, crisco oil, add enough flour & knead let rise until double. Knead and make into rolls.

Melcrisco in pan & put roll dough in pan, mix to baby butt soft. Oil the bowl put dough in bols then put in warm oven turn light on. Just PREHEAT and TURN OFF.

Let rise check after 1 hour - needs to double in size pinch with flour on dough & make ball rollin crisco & let rise double in size then bake.
