Margherita Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 12 slices bread, divided
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and next 4 ingredients. Spread cheese mixture over 6 slices. Top with tomato and remaining bread slices. Spread softened butter on both sides of sandwiches.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches in batches, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Serve with Pasta and Bean Soup.
