Grandma’s “Tell Your Neighbor Cake”

Ingredients

• 1 package (1 lb. 3 oz.) Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
• 1 package (3 3/4 oz.) Instant lemon pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup salad oil

Preparation

Step 1

Empty cake mix and instant lemon pudding into mixer
bowl; add eggs, water and salad oil. Blend well. Beat for about 5 minutes until very smooth. Pour into greased tube pan (10 inch).

Bake in moderate oven - 350 degrees - 1 hour or until
cake is nicely browned and starts to leave side of pan.
Cool. Cake in pan 10 minutes. Turn out on rack.
