Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 pounds button mushrooms, sliced

Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms. Saute for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
