Ingredients
- 2 2 2 sun-dried tomato halves
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- 1/2 1/2 to 1/2 clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
- 1-2 to T feta cheese to mix

Preparation
Step 1
In a mini processor, blend together the tomatoes, the vinegars, and the garlic paste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the basil.
