Easy and yummy. Since I am not a cookie baker, they are nice alternative to give as gifts at Christmas!
Great with beer and alcoholic beverages. Great for Sunday night football!

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 cups walnuts or walnuts and pecans

Step 1

Melt 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter with 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crumbled, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne. Pour this mixture over 2 cups walnuts, tossing to coat them. Spead to one layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
