Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tea. minced fresh thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tea. salt
  • 1/2 tea. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2" cubes

Step 1

Combine all in a zip lock bag. Add beef. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade.

Grill kebobs or steak to desired doneness
