Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 1 1/2 tea. minced fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2" cubes

Step 1
Combine all in a zip lock bag. Add beef. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade.
Grill kebobs or steak to desired doneness
