Ingredients
- 2 cups beef, pork, chicken or shrimp cut into small strips or pieces
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup celery, cut diagonally
- 1/2 cup cut diagonally carrots
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 2 scallions or green onions cut in slices
- 1/2 teaspoon slt
- 1 dash of pepper
- 3 Tablespoons corn oil
- 1 bouillon cube or 1 tsp. granular
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Step 1
Combine meat, vegetables and seasonings. Heat oil in a large size skillet.
Add meat mixture, bouillon and 1 cup water. Cover skillet, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Push chicken mixture to one side of skillet. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/2 cup water; stir slowly into liquid in skillet.
Cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens and begins to become transparent.
Mix chicken mixture into sauce.
Serve hot with cooked rice.
