Heath Bar Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. margarine
• 2 c. flour
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. buttermilk
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1 egg
• 1 t. vanilla
• 6 heath bars
• 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Blend flour, margarine, and sugars. Take out 1 c. To the rest, add buttermilk, egg, soda and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Crush heath bars and mix with the nuts and 1 c. of flour mixture. Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
