Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

• blueberries 6 c
• sugar 1/2c
• salt 1 tsp
• corn starach 1/4 C
• vanilla 2 drops
• water 1/3 c
• lemon juice 2 TB
• butter 1 TB
• pie crusts 1 double set
• egg 1 for washing

Preparation

Step 1

bake bottom of pie shell according to pkg directions
mix all other ingredients except egg
place in pie
roll remaining pastry to fit top of pie
crimp edges
cut slits for steam to escape
wash with egg
bake at 425 for 35-45 min

serve with vanilla ice cream
